sofia:
32 pounds - 8 percentile (this is a big jump from last year's 2 percentile)
3 feet, 4 inches - 25 percentile
she had a vision test and passed with flying colors. she had a hearing test and did not cooperate. this confirms that she has selective hearing.
sofia has always LOVED receiving shots. she watches intensely, doesn't cry, and typically asks for more. this has always disturbed me. she was very upset that she only received the flu mist this visit and does not receive anymore shots until she is 11 years old.
stella:
20 pounds - 30 percentile
28.75 inches - 50 percentile
the doctor confirmed that she was intended to be beefier to defend herself from her big sister's strong personality. stella received 4 shots and a TB test. sofia was very jealous, but stella did not think the shots were very fun.

WHAT? sofia loves shots? dude, sign me up. maybe she'll be a doctor or a nurse...clearly she's not squeamish.
i can't even comment on your 8th percentile. last time i took charlie in he was 90-95th in everything.
henry's stats are more funny because he had such a huge noggin as a toddler. he looked like tweety bird. i remember the time his stats were 25th weight, 75th height and off the charts (above 100th) in head diameter. HA! i have to send you a pic.

we know they are both BEAUTIFUL, and it's great to have their robust health status confirmed via this post, as well.
Remind Dr. Sofia know that there are great medical teaching facilities back here in Boston when she's deciding on her medical career. she can always bunk at my crib to help defray any high costs associated with such a wonderful endeavor. and maybe she can teach me to lower my anxiety over looking at hospitals let alone entering one! :)
i cannot get past sofia loving shots. that is creepy.
they are both so beautiful and unique...i am glad you didn't have carbon copy babies, although i suppose people rarely do. glad they are healthy and happy.
Yeah, I'm with the rest of the crowd in that Sofia loving shots is...interesting. It takes 3 grown people to hold Ryan down for his. I agree that you may have a doctor on your hands.
The statistics remind me of my two, first born a bit smaller than the second which I also find interesting...and Betsy should find alarming. How much bigger could her second child get? There are no charts for that...
I would be elated if Sofia became a Dr but right now I will settle for Stella feeling better and going back to being her easy self.
ok, after reading gustavo's comment....has stella gone back to her easy self?? lola got her shots and I SWEAR everything changed. we know she has not felt well but all of the sudden she whines and gets pissed about EVERYTHING. she is our golden laid back child....AND WE WANT HER BACK :))) What to they put in those one year shots, anyway??
