sofia actually had a blast playing her first season of soccer. i have a new respect for those volunteer parent coaches...it's a time commitment! sofia still needs to develop some skills, and gustavo is determined to run some drills with her. nonetheless, we've (sofia) decided not to play spring soccer. sofia has been begging to do gymnastics, so i guess i'll let her do that instead.
stella was quite spirted (a positive replacement for a challenge) on game days. let me just say she was not interested in being a spectator!

My favorite picture is #31 or the 3rd column, 6th row. We were practicing on her "game face".
The last few are out of focus, didn't get a chance to edit them.

i never played soccer. lindsey did, though. and she and dru scarborough just walked up and down the field chatting...they were sofia's age. hilarious.
i love the pictures, too, but the best one to me is the group picture. sofia's face is priceless!
henry's last game is sat - his team is the wildcats as well, but the (dumbass) coach insisted on calling them the wild cats (two words). WHA? i'll share his pics when i get 'em.
sofia looks like she HATED soccer in the group picture! glad she had fun. betsy is right, i never played, just talked!
i like the more is better philosophy when it comes to snapping pics myself! gustavo is great behind the camera, stella's cheeks are to DIE for and sofia just continues to crack me up in pictures....she seems like a neat kid!
