we attempted to have a fine dining mother's day lunch in temple, tx (on our drive back to dallas from san antonio - more on that later), but with 3 desperately hungry bethel-blooded females in the car and lines out the door of almost every restaurant....gustavo had no choice but to pull into the first food place in sight (and even KFC had a line!!). so i dined on 3 sides (mashed potatos/gravy, green beans, cole slaw), fed stella, sofia had fried chicken....and once our blood sugar levels were up, the peace was established again. when a bethel girl is hungry, you better feed that girl quick! my dad and gustavo can both attest to this!
